[They Trust Us] OVHcloud customer service double awarded by CX Awards 2022
Each year, the CX Awards recognise the best projects presented by brands and service providers that transform the customer experience. This fifth edition saw more than 150 companies compete in 18 categories (“Communication”, “Loyalty”, “Data”, “Social networks”, etc.).
After consulting a jury composed of professionals from the customer relationship as well as a public vote, OVHcloud was presented with two Bronze CX Awards as the best Internal Transformation and the best BtoB customer experience during the ceremony organised on 22 June 2022 in Paris.
This double award recognises a transformation project carried out by OVHcloud teams, to optimise the customer experience. This project has several objectives:
- Provide experts and contact points adapted to the expectations of each type of customer (large public and private sector organisations, startups, SMEs, solution resellers, individuals);
- Integrating our customers into the process of co-designing OVHcloud solutions
- Implement a continuous improvement programme based on the customer’s voice, which influences the development of OVHcloud solution roadmaps and the customer experience.
In this context, the customer naturally took his place at the heart of each initiative through a programme of transversal transformation, from product launches to management of the ends of life, through support in the operating phase. A project whose success depends on the collaboration between Customer Service, IT, Human Resources and many different areas of expertise spread across OVHcloud teams.
