Many top managers met at the "Service Provider Summit" in Frankfurt on September 1 and 2, 2021. This event is organized every year by Vogel IT Medien GmbH. Vogel IT is a leading provider of specialist communication and information and, in addition to numerous other services, organizes over 300 business events every year. Together with Stefan Zosel, Head of Cloud Sales at T-Systems, Falk Weinreich, General Manager OVHcloud Central Europe, spoke about Digital Sovereignty in the theory and practice of Service Providing with a special focus on risks and implications of violations of the European GDPR. The following panel discussion on Gaia-X again provided many interesting impressions and lively conversations. The highlight of the Summit was the ceremony for the "Service Provider Awards 2021".

The winners of the award were determined in a large reader survey in cooperation with the IT portals of Vogel IT-Medien.  In the category "Cloud Service Provider" OVHcloud won silver. IONOS and T-Systems were also among the nominees in this category. We thank our team for this strong performance and our customers for their great trust.
