[Inside OVHcloud] OVHcloud wins the golden prize at the Human Capital Leaders’ Victories on the Quality of Work Life theme

On May 19, 2022, the Leaders League Group organised the 5th edition of the Capital Leaders' Victories. Launched in 2014, the event has become a meeting place for HR professionals, allowing innovations from the sector to be showcased and recognised publicly.

For this 5th edition, OVHcloud has been awarded the highest prize for Quality of Work Life. The HR teams presented the company’s initiatives and innovations in the difficult context of maintaining and returning to work after Covid. They work every day to offer solutions that guarantee a healthy, stimulating and fulfilling work environment for the 2,700 OVHcloud employees around the world.

We are very proud to receive this "Victoire d'Or", which demonstrates our commitment to the development of everyone within the company. Our internal surveys show a 74% employee engagement rate. This rate reinforces the relevance of the initiatives and actions put in place within the company. Quality of work life is and always will be a priority for our teams.
