OVHcloud made a strong comeback this year at Europe’s largest technology event. Over four days, the Group’s 250m² stand brought together visitors, start-ups, partners, institutions and public figures to discuss AI, IT and data security.

Sneak preview : OVHai Workspace, a secure, collaborative agent-based AI platform

As a key part of its participation at VivaTech this year, OVHcloud unveiled a sneak preview of OVHai Workspace, a collaborative platform enhanced by agent-based AI that brings together everyday tools (email, cloud storage, video conferencing) into a unified experience protected by native end-to-end encryption. Throughout the event, visitors were able to explore the tool via the 16 demonstration stations set up especially for the occasion.

Accelerating the quantum roadmap with two new strategic partnerships

OVHcloud has signed an agreement with WeLink to jointly design the next generation of quantum data centres. This partnership aims to deploy low-latency infrastructure capable of hosting next-generation QPUs (Quantum Processing Units). 

The Group has also signed a new partnership with Quobly and its Alloy Pioneer computer as part of its Quantum Platform. By the end of 2026, OVHcloud will thus offer access to three quantum computers in the cloud through its partnerships with European start-ups Quobly, Pasqal and Quandela. This strategy aims to position the European ecosystem at the forefront of the revolution by facilitating collaboration between research and industry to pave the way for the applications of tomorrow.

Digital sovereignty: Europe regains control

The European Commission has selected the consortium comprising OVHcloud, DEEP by POST Luxembourg and Clever Cloud to provide sovereign cloud services to European institutions. VivaTech provided an opportunity to examine in greater detail the challenges posed by the project and the consortium’s solutions regarding service continuity, security and the confidentiality of strategic data.

The more than 40 guests at the OVHcloud Agora took part in interviews, round-table discussions and technical demonstrations, offering a practical overview of the applications and challenges shaping the digital landscape of today and tomorrow. These discussions also provided practical insights into the transformations taking place in key sectors such as healthcare, recruitment and the public sector.

And to support the future of innovation, the OVHcloud Startup Programme was on hand to meet entrepreneurs keen to receive support as they grow. As a reminder, in recent years OVHcloud has supported more than 5,000 start-ups operating internationally in the fields of AI, space and healthcare. Three of the most innovative start-ups were honoured this year at the OVHcloud stand: Reveal Life Science (e-health), Reevive (circular economy) and Magic Lane (mobility).

The verdict on the 2026 event is clear: whilst issues surrounding data security and sovereignty in the cloud and AI are now on everyone’s lips, OVHcloud has established itself at VivaTech as an accessible solution that will enable Europeans to regain control of their digital future.
