Sustainable mobility

To support our employees in sustainable mobility, we offer several services: - Electric shuttle for headquarters, providing a link between the major public transportation hubs and the offices.- Cycling allowances to encourage employees to come at work by bike. - OVHPassport, enabling employees to work from another OVHcloud site than their home site. This way, we help maintain the link between all OVHcloud teams, and offer our employees flexibility.

Surveying our employees

We strive to meet the needs of our employees as well as possible. Every three months we carry out a commitment survey among all our employees.

One team; one adventure

Training is essential for the success of our strategy. We offer everyone all the keys to success, by providing a range of systems and training to develop their skills. All our employees are encouraged to take the lead in their own development and can train and qualify throughout their career.  Indeed, the training programme is co-constructed.At OVHcloud, parity is an important issue. Operating in two male-dominated sectors (industry and digital), we work daily to promote diversity. For example, we intervene in schools to raise awareness of female profiles in the tech sector, and we support associations such as Code First Girls to promote training and employment for women in this sector.  Disability is no exception to OVHcloud's support approach. The main areas of action are raising employee awareness and maintaining employment. In order to maintain the employment of employees with disabilities, an annual budget of more than €40,000 is devoted to customized workstations. Working time adjustments for disabled and senior employees have been implemented to encourage them to remain in employment. This includes organization of working hours, work ergonomics, and modulation of working hours. Lastly, a support system is there for any employee with a disability, with vouchers available to assist them in their daily lives.
